All employees have a personal development plan linked into our programme of quarterly reviews, where targets are set and training needs determined. Our six monthly company development reviews analyse the skills and expertise within the company and set our technical strategy to allow us to better deliver our clients’ requirements and prepare for the technical demands of the future.
