Our commitment to training continues well beyond the confines of the office.
During the construction stage of our projects we carry out detailed site reviews and have also attended training so we can carry out our site reviews from the building maintenance unit (BMU).
Carrying out site reviews externally from the BMU offers a complete view of the facade systems and their installation, with the unique ability to identify any items that may require remediation that may not always be apparent when observing internally.
Our team are encouraged to focus on carrying out at least 35 hours of continual development per year, and with our weekly lunchtime learning and training it is easily achieved and usually exceeded.
