Skanska held a topping out ceremony to celebrate the completion of the steel structure on our 1 New Street Square project in London. Land Securities have pre-let the building to Deloitte, who will take on the building during the summer of this year.
Our site role is continuing with the review of the progressing installation of the unitised curtain walling. Although not yet complete, the building and unique fin shading is already making an impact on this changing area of London. The views from the building certainly make an impact too.
