Alto, Wembley Park
Four interconnected residential buildings
Alto at Wembley Park, designed by Flanagan Lawrence, consists of four connected buildings with a residential amenity space set between. The development is predominantly residential containing 362 apartments with some commercial areas at ground floor.
The building envelope is largely comprised of rainscreen with windows and sliding doors. The balconies are prefabricated and fixed to cantilevered steel members. Projecting aluminium fins frame the balconies making coherent separate buildings.
We assisted the design team during the Design Development stage, and continued our role through to construction.
