We’re pleased to announce that 100 Bishopsgate has won a 2022 London RIBA Award. Interface provided a client monitoring role to project developers Brookfield Properties, supporting them with cladding contractor proposals, design and production reviews, quality control and performance testing. We also had an on-site role during installation.

Describing 100 Bishopsgate’s façade, the RIBA panel said:

“The glazed façades are defined by their detail, geometrical arrangement and articulation. The double-glazed units have been designed to meet thermal, solar and light performance standards. The building achieves a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating.

The outcome is both dynamic and sensitive, simple, and complex: a tour de force.”

This award represents a huge achievement for everyone involved in delivering this exceptional development. RIBA London Award winners will now be considered for the RIBA National Awards to be announced in June.
